Defendant argues that the summary was more inculpatory than the affidavit itself. This is beyond the standard of review because it\u2019s the affidavit that is to be examined, not the summary. There was probable cause for the search warrant, and the good faith exception would apply, too. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca7.uscourts.gov\/cgi-bin\/rssExec.pl?Submit=Display&amp;Path=Y2020\/D04-30\/C:19-2230:J:Kanne:aut:T:fnOp:N:2508928:S:0\">United States v. Rees<\/a>, 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 13877 (7th Cir. Apr. 30, 2020).<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Counsel filed an Anders brief, and defendant pro se argued the entry of his house with an arrest warrant, not a search warrant, was unreasonable. Defendant\u2019s guilty plea waived this issue [which would appear to be proper under Payton]. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fifthcircuit.org\/dmzdocs\/OI\/PO\/2020\/BEB0FDAA-240B-45C8-9123-4C9478351C59.pdf\">State v. Allen<\/a>, 2020 La. App. LEXIS 633 (La. App. 5 Cir. Apr. 30, 2020).<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The inventory here was proper because there was no one to release the vehicle to to avoid it. <a href=\"https:\/\/efast.gaappeals.us\/download?filingId=74536858-9c2e-4090-813d-750f9d0172d4\">Bowler v.
