Then a drug dog didn\u2019t alert. That\u2019s when the stop should have ended. King<\/a>, 2020-Ohio-1312, 2020 Ohio App. LEXIS 1269 (9th Dist. Apr. 6, 2020).<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the officer approached the stopped vehicle, he saw furtive movements. Defendant was extremely nervous, and the occupants&#8217; stories made no sense. This was reasonable suspicion. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca8.uscourts.gov\/opndir\/20\/04\/191441U.pdf\">United States v. Wilson<\/a>, 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 10664 (8th Cir. Apr. 6, 2020).*<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was probable cause for search of defendant\u2019s car under the automobile exception because of controlled buys. Even if not, inevitable discovery would apply because forfeiture proceedings had already been started. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca11.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/unpub\/files\/201912794.pdf\">United States v.
