Police had at least four other ways to find defendant\u2019s cell phone number, which they did to match it up, so the probable 2008 illegal search of the cell phone was not unconstitutional or unreasonable because of inevitable discovery. After the murder, the police conducted several searches with warrants. One three days later wasn\u2019t stale. They didn\u2019t get all they were looking for in the first warrant and came back with another. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.ca.gov\/opinions\/documents\/S198132.PDF\">People v.
