Defendant reached for his wallet as he was being arrested, and dropped it when a gun was pulled. The police were not convinced he was the guy they were looking for. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/6\/2010\/2010-ohio-2792.pdf\">State v. Winters<\/a>, 2010 Ohio 2678, 2010 Ohio App. LEXIS 2217 (11th Dist. June 11, 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Plaintiff was validly stopped for not having a properly lighted license plate. When the officer stopped him, the officer could go right to the driver without looking first at the license plate again. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/6\/2010\/2010-ohio-2792.pdf\">Gonzales v. June 18, 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Pro forma motion to suppress did not state any proper grounds, and it was properly denied. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pacourts.us\/OpPosting\/Superior\/out\/E05003_08.pdf\">Commonwealth v. Dixon<\/a>, 2010 PA Super 109, 2010 Pa. Super. LEXIS 423 (June 15, 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Detailed information from the CI provided probable cause to believe that the defendant was carrying heroin, so his stop and search was reasonable. United States v. Vaughn, 2010 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 59849 (C.D. Ill.
