Defendant was detained pretrial for a murder for hire indictment, and he\u2019d been moved around from one contract holding center to another for assaulting other inmates. A search warrant had been obtained for his cell for evidence of obstruction of justice. The search warrant was valid and he didn\u2019t have a reasonable expectation of privacy in his cell from jail security searches.
