Mar. 12, 2020).<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The county\u2019s insurance company was obligated to defend an arrestee\u2019s false arrest case where it was alleged the arrest was without probable cause and ignored exculpatory evidence. The arrestee\u2019s criminal case resulted in an acquittal in a bench trial. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca8.uscourts.gov\/opndir\/20\/03\/182930P.pdf\">Argonaut Great Cent. Ins. Co. v.
