Mar. 10, 2020).<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant officers had probable cause to arrest plaintiff for DUI, and that precludes suit against them for false arrest. <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/memoranda\/2020\/03\/05\/18-15059.pdf\">Williams v. Seals<\/a>, 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 7358 (9th Cir. Mar. 5, 2020).*<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant gets a hearing on the lawfulness of his traffic stop.
