The defendant\u2019s prior drug arrests coupled with information about alleged recent drug dealing supported the frisk. Defendant also consented to the search of his car, and he abandoned heroin on the side of the road. The vehicle was properly inventoried for lack of a driver. June 10, 2010)*:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The defendant argues that certain items seized, including a dirty spoon and hypodermic needle were not listed on the inventory sheet (although apparently listed on the officer&#8217;s incident report). Given the purposes of the inventory search, this is not surprising.
