Mar. 5, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plaintiff refused to get out of his vehicle, and the officer\u2019s use of a dog on him wasn\u2019t unreasonable on its face. The video showed the officer acting professionally and responsibly, and the most that could be said was that the officer could have called the dog off a second or two earlier.
