United States v. Johnson, 2010 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 51961 (E.D. Pa. May 26, 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Officer could smell marijuana coming from the car after  defendant\u2019s stop, and that justified a search of the car. <a href=\"http:\/\/pacer.ca4.uscourts.gov\/opinion.pdf\/094343.P.pdf\">United States v. Lewis<\/a>, 606 F.3d 193 (4th Cir. 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Application of <a href=\"http:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?case=15354777432474595853&amp;q=Georgia+v.+Randolph&amp;hl=en&amp;as_sdt=1002\">Randolph<\/a> to petitioner\u2019s case was dealt with in the military courts, so it was not cognizable in habeas, even assuming that habeas review was possible from the military courts. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca10.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/10\/10-3027.pdf\">Garcia v.
