The Fourth Amendment \u2018specifies only two matters that must be particularly described in [a] warrant: the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.\u2019\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca4.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/184921.P.pdf\">United States v. Blakeney<\/a>, 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 3590 (4th Cir.
