LEXIS 67 (Feb. 3, 2020).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s witnesses that the LPN light was working the day after the stop were seemingly credible, but they don\u2019t overcome the dashcam video that shows it out. United States v. Callison, 2020 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 16670 (S.D. Iowa Jan. 29, 2020).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s stop for driving in the left lane too long without passing was the valid basis for the stop. After that, the passenger&#8217;s obvious nervousness and inability to answer basis questions was reasonable suspicion. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca5.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/unpub\/18\/18-40329.0.pdf\">United States v.
