Ohio Jan. 9, 2020).<\/p>\n<p>Plaintiff prison inmate\u2019s strip search was not clearly unconstitutional and had an apparent penological interest. The case was properly dismissed. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ca10.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/19\/19-1111.pdf\">Peoples v. Baker<\/a>, 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 637 (10th Cir.
