The fact the officer couldn\u2019t quote the statute in court doesn\u2019t show that the stop was unreasonable or without a basis. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/5\/2019\/2019-Ohio-4934.pdf\">State v. Nov. 26, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Not only was there a jury question on the probable cause for plaintiff\u2019s arrest, he was pepper sprayed without any showing that he was a threat.
