Staton<\/a>, 120 Conn. App. 497, 992 A.2d 348 (2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was being arrested in his underwear in a common area of his apartment. The officers asked him about getting clothes, and he wanted to, so they could go with him. [This would be governed at least partly by <a href=\"http:\/\/scholar.google.com\/scholar_case?case=7521999563156962019&amp;q=washington+v.+chrisman&amp;hl=en&amp;as_sdt=1002\">Washington v. Chrisman<\/a>, but] the court found consent for the entry. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jud.state.ct.us\/external\/supapp\/Cases\/AROap\/AP120\/120AP248.pdf\">State v. Moore<\/a>, 120 Conn. App. 512, 992 A.2d 357 (2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant did not receive IAC where defense counsel did not pursue a motion to suppress the frisk of his person where drugs were found hidden in his groin. The defense would have lost the motion in any event. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jud.state.ct.us\/external\/supapp\/Cases\/AROap\/AP120\/120AP233.pdf\">Williams v. Comm&#8217;r of Corr.<\/a>, 120 Conn.
