The officer remembered from reading a warrant list from the previous two weeks that defendant had a warrant. That was with reasonable suspicion. After the stop, the officer verified there was a warrant. (The \u201cescape rule\u201d did not apply where defendant failed to show for sentencing but then later did and was in custody for the appeal.) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/file.jsp?id=38202\">State v. Johnson<\/a>, 316 S.W.3d 390 (Mo. App. 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s reaching movements inside the car was reasonable suspicion. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lexisone.com\/lx1\/caselaw\/freecaselaw?searchType=citation&amp;fclSearch=2010+Ga.+App.+LEXIS+383+&amp;action=FCLSearchCaseByCitation&amp;pageLimit=10&amp;format=CITE&amp;pageNumber=1&amp;sourceID=&amp;citation=2010+Ga.+App.+LEXIS+383+&amp;searchTerm=\">O\u2019Quinn v. State<\/a>, 303 Ga. App. 657 (2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s rental car was eight days overdue.
