Nov. 14, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant apparently lied about his name and the officer also smelled burnt marijuana, and that led to a dog sniff and that was probable cause for a search. United States v. Wright, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 197601 (D. Me. Nov. 14, 2019).*<\/p>\n<p>USPO officers had reasonable suspicion for a search of defendant\u2019s home and person. First, defendant tested positive in a UA. When they went to his house, he was fidgety and unusually nervous, and they had him step outside. A lump in his pocket was $300 in cash and blue latex gloves. That was reasonable suspicion for a search of the house. United States v. Wimer, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 197609 (N.D. W.Va.
