LEXIS 433 (Oct. 31, 2019).*<\/p>\n<p>In defendant\u2019s traffic stop for not stopping at the stop line, the court credits the officer\u2019s testimony and the dashcam video supports it, but isn\u2019t conclusive. The smell of marijuana allowed the officers to go into the car under the automobile exception, and then the firearm found was in plain view. United States v. Matthews, 2019 U.S. Dist.
