That conduct didn&#8217;t convert the stop into one of unconstitutional duration.\u201d United States v. Richardson, 700 F. Supp. 2d 1040 (N.D. The fact it may have emails from her did not create standing. United States v. Tragas, 2010 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 25884 (E.D. Mich. March 16, 2010).*<\/p>\n<p>Highway patrol officer\u2019s slowing to 60-65 on I-10 in Arizona caused other cars to slow. That did not create a traffic offense by the other drivers. His stop of defendant for going too slow was pretextual and without probable cause. United States v. Nieblas-Cordova, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 112480 (D. Ariz.
