Parrish<\/a>, 302 Ga. App. 838, 691 S.E.2d 888 (2010).<\/p>\n<p>Based on the trial court\u2019s finding that the defendant did not feel restrained, the court of appeals (People v. Oliver, 387 Ill. App. 3d 1045, 901 N.E.2d 482, 327 Ill. Dec. 154 (2009)) erred in reversing the finding that defendant did not consent to the further search of his car. He had already consented to the search of the interior. The trial court\u2019s finding of consent is affirmed. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.state.il.us\/court\/Opinions\/SupremeCourt\/2010\/March\/108089.pdf\">People v. Oliver<\/a>, 236 Ill. 2d 448, 925 N.E.2d 1107 (2010).*<\/p>\n<p>The Arizona Court of Appeals was bound by statute to follow the federal constitution on application of the exclusionary rule to a no-knock violation. Under Hudson, there is no suppression. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cofad1.state.az.us\/opinionfiles\/CR\/CR090066.pdf\">State v.
