Ashcroft<\/a>, 580 F.3d 949 (9th Cir. 2009) (<a href=\"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/blog\/index.php?blog=1&amp;title=ca9_detention_of_material_witness_was_un&amp;more=1&amp;c=1&amp;tb=1&amp;pb=1\">posted here<\/a>), where the plaintiff alleged he was falsely accused as a terrorist suspect under the guise of being a material witness, in violation of his Fourth Amendment rights. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca9.uscourts.gov\/datastore\/opinions\/2010\/03\/18\/06-36059.pdf\">Al-Kidd v.
