{"id":3955,"date":"2010-03-14T12:39:24","date_gmt":"2010-03-14T12:30:28","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2010-03-14T12:30:28","slug":"en-US","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/?p=3955","title":{"rendered":"Fourth Amendment news&#8211;Drug raid leaves grandmother dead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pompano Beach PD raided a house yesterday, and a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.miamiherald.com\/2010\/03\/13\/1527896\/woman-shot-during-raid-on-suspected.html\">52 year old grandmother was killed by the SWAT team<\/a> for not dropping a .357, all based on an anonymous tip:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nDeputies shot and killed a 52-year-old grandmother and made several arrests Saturday during a raid on a suspected drug house in Pompano Beach.<\/p>\n<p>Broward Sheriff Al Lamberti said deputies fired at Brenda Van Zwieten after she refused to drop her .357 Magnum handgun.
