As to a vehicle, the officer had more information but didn\u2019t include it. The fact he was there at the time of the arrest was likely incidental and could have been innocent. <a href=\"https:\/\/appellate.nccourts.org\/opinions\/?c=1&#038;pdf=38476\">State v.
