There was a factual basis for defendant\u2019s stop on reasonable suspicion for DUI. The CI\u2019s report was that he was too drunk to walk and got into a vehicle and drove away. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/9\/2019\/2019-Ohio-3135.pdf\">State v. Goins<\/a>, 2019-Ohio-3135,  2019 Ohio App. LEXIS 3223 (9th Dist. Aug. 5, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant had no objective reasonable expectation of privacy under the seat of the car he was riding in. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca4.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/184641.U.pdf\">United States v. Parks<\/a>, 2019 U.S. App. LEXIS 23267 (4th Cir. Aug. 2, 2019).*<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn this case, Davis expressly disclaimed possession (or even knowledge) of the truck. J.A. 427 (\u2018It&#8217;s not my white box truck. I don&#8217;t know anything about it.\u2019).
