Jennings<\/a>, 2019 NY Slip Op 05838, 2019 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 5846 (1st Dept. July 30, 2019).* (The only surprise here is that the trial court suppressed when there was an arrest warrant.)<\/p>\n<p>Defendant fails to show that the search warrant affidavit is \u201cso lacking in indicia of probable cause\u201d that the good faith exception should not apply. Essentially, the court finds probable cause via the good faith exception. United States v. Jackson, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 126528 (N.D. Tex.
