The officer\u2019s experience is one thing, but no facts suggest that defendant \u201cis a collector of child pornography.\u201d The record is inadequate to determine whether the good faith exception should apply, and a hearing will be scheduled. Aug. 28, 2019) (reported <a href=\"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/?p=39482\">here<\/a>) (GFE shown outside the four corners of the affidavit).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a child-exploitation case. Principally at issue is whether agents exceeded the scope of a warrant authorizing the search of a \u2018residence\u2019 when they searched a \u2018shed-like structure\u2019 on the property but not mentioned in the warrant.
