Applying state law on issue preclusion, it would be unfair to apply it to officers who were not parties to the suppression order. Halliburton v. Hockaday, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 88681 (C.D. Ill. May 28, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>The 62 page affidavit for this search warrant was manifestly not \u201cbare bones.\u201d There were multiple addresses to be searched under the search warrant, and defendant did not even allege standing as to two of them.
