The good faith exception wasn\u2019t raised in the district court, and not on appeal so it\u2019s waived. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca5.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/unpub\/18\/18-30941.0.pdf\">United States v. Taylor<\/a>, 2019 U.S. App. LEXIS 14644 (5th Cir. May 17, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s state court search claim was litigated and lost, but he challenged on habeas his counsel\u2019s failure to properly litigate it. He doesn\u2019t say how or what the other theory was. Mell v. Skipper, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 83262 (E.D. Mich. May 17, 2019).*<\/p>\n<p>Plaintiff\u2019s \u00a7 1983 case over his search is barred by Younger because the state case is ongoing. Dickerson v. Youngblood, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 83824 (E.D. Cal.
