Stenhoff<\/a>, 2019 ND 106 (Apr. 11, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant didn\u2019t preserve his search issues for appeal under state law. \u201cIn attempting to reserve the question of whether Defendant was &#8220;unlawfully searched&#8221; and \u2018unlawfully detained\u2019 in violation of the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 7 of the Tennessee Constitution, Defendant asks this court to conduct a complete overview of search and seizure law as applied to the facts of this case.
