However, section (C) of that article states, \u2018[a] judge may also issue a search warrant in all other cases specifically provided by law.\u2019 Here, the state judge was authorized by \u00a7 2703.\u201d United States v. Matthew, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 41977 (W.D. La. Mar. 13, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant waived his Fourth Amendment claims by his guilty plea.
