{"id":3618,"date":"2010-02-11T16:05:34","date_gmt":"2009-12-11T14:44:06","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2009-12-11T14:44:06","slug":"en-US","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/fourthamendment.com\/?p=3618","title":{"rendered":"Fourth Amendment news"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>AZ Court of Appeals enjoins probable retaliatory search of judge&#8217;s chambers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the ongoing clusterfuck known as Maricopa County where a court security officer was held in contempt <a href=\"http:\/\/lawofcriminaldefense.com\/blog\/index.php?blog=1&amp;title=maricopa_co_detention_officer_reported_t&amp;more=1&amp;c=1&amp;tb=1&amp;pb=1\"> and ordered to jail<\/a> for taking a paper from defense counsel&#8217;s file in open court, on video, in front of the judge, the Arizona Court of Appeals today issued a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azcentral.com\/community\/phoenix\/articles\/2009\/12\/11\/20091211mundell-appeals11-ON.html\">temporary injunction against a possible retaliatory search<\/a> of the judge&#8217;s chambers and home by the Sheriff&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p>The Sheriff&#8217;s Office has accused the judge who held the deputy in contempt of bribery.
