State<\/a>, 2009 Ark. App. 750, 2009 Ark. App. LEXIS 958 (November 11, 2009).*<\/p>\n<p>CI of pseudo purchases was corroborated by checking area pharmacies for purchases and checking defendant&#8217;s criminal history, which found drug cases. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/3\/2009\/2009-ohio-6234.pdf\">State v. Gipson<\/a>, 2009 Ohio 6234, 2009 Ohio App. LEXIS 5237 (3d Dist. November 30, 2009).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s stop was with a factual basis for not having a temporary vehicle license, despite the Attorney General\u2019s concession that the stop was invalid and the exclusionary rule applied. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.courtinfo.ca.gov\/opinions\/documents\/C060310.PDF\">People v. Dotson<\/a>, 179 Cal. App. 4th 1045, 101 Cal. Rptr. 3d 897 (3d Dist. 2009).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s stop was without RS.  There was no criminal activity apparently afoot, and there was no testimony before the trial court that this was a high crime area.  The officer just concluded that defendant did not belong there.
