A car found in the garage could be searched under the warrant. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov\/judiciary\/opinions\/pdf\/09281802par.pdf\">State v. Lucas<\/a>, 2018 Ind. App. LEXIS 347 (Oct. 1, 2018). <\/p>\n<p>The search warrant didn\u2019t describe firearms and ammunition. The state relied on third party consent, which was not voluntary. Considering all the proof, however, it was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt considering all the proof connecting defendant to the murder.
