The Pennsylvania Supreme Court held the year before Collins v. Virginia that the automobile exception didn\u2019t apply in one\u2019s driveway, so the state doesn\u2019t get that fall back argument. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pacourts.us\/assets\/opinions\/Superior\/out\/Opinion%20%20ReversedVacated%20%2010370619342206383.pdf?cb=1\">Commonwealth v. Chesney<\/a>, 2018 PA Super 262, 2018 Pa. Super. LEXIS 1042 (Sep. 20, 2018).<\/p>\n<p>The court can\u2019t determine whether defendant is an \u201caggrieved person\u201d for standing on a wiretap order because there\u2019s no hard evidence it\u2019s his voice and he won\u2019t admit that it was his voice for standing. Turning to the merits, there was probable cause and nexus for the wiretap. United States v. Montemayor, 2018 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 160966 (N.D. Ga.
