The last paragraph:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>If we\u2019re going to avoid this, we need to attune ourselves to the ways modern surveillance is qualitatively different from past search tools, even if words like \u201cwiretap\u201d and \u201csubpoena\u201d remain the same.
