The officer knocked on the door, defendant answered, and the officer told him to step outside, which he did. State<\/a>, 300 Ga. App. 605, 685 S.E.2d 339 (2009).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was not stopped by officer&#8217;s questions when he had stopped at gas pumps in a truck stop and was walking into the building. State<\/a>, 300 Ga. App. 307, 684 S.E.2d 427 (2009).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant&#8217;s specific appellate issue on the reliability of the informant was not litigated below, so it could not be considered on appeal. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/10\/2009\/2009-ohio-5357.pdf\">State v.
