Failing to bring an argument to the district court means that you waive that argument on appeal.\u201d\u00a0\u201cAnd this case presents an egregious violation of that rule: not only did Wheeler and Thomas fail to argue below that the confidential informant did not exist, they tacitly admitted that the informant existed by arguing that his statements were hearsay.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca7.uscourts.gov\/cgi-bin\/rssExec.pl?Submit=Display&#038;Path=Y2018\/D06-06\/C:17-2073:J:Gilbert:aut:T:fnOp:N:2166644:S:0\">Wheeler v.
