But the latest vehicle stops report issued by Attorney General Josh Hawley\u2019s office offers compelling evidence that it\u2019s time to add some teeth to a law that bans racial profiling.<\/p>\n<p>In 2017, African-American drivers in Missouri were 85 percent more likely to be pulled over than whites, according to the report.
