Guzman<\/a>, 2018 Cal. App. LEXIS 422 (1st Dist. May 9, 2018).<\/p>\n<p>Pennsylvania recognizes the \u201cstalking horse\u201d doctrine for parole searches, but this case doesn\u2019t rise to that.
