We hold that they can. In particular, we hold that the suspected burglary presents an &#8220;exigent circumstance&#8221; that justifies a warrantless entry and search.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca11.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/pub\/files\/201617639.pdf\">Montanez v.
