She signed on to his Facebook account with a password he\u2019d previously given her. She found a recording there which admitted he had the iPad. Her recording the recording did not violate the federal wiretap law. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.in.gov\/judiciary\/opinions\/pdf\/04181801nhv.pdf\">Sparks v. State<\/a>, 2018 Ind. App. LEXIS 139 (Apr. 18, 2018).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant fled from a vehicle in a red jacket. When he was finally apprehended, he wasn\u2019t wearing it.
