Defendant lacked standing in the car a gun was found in. He was free to use the car when he wanted, but he wasn\u2019t at the time of the search. It was his grandfather\u2019s car, there was one key, and he had to borrow the key to use it. At the time of the search, he\u2019d returned it and the key to his grandfather and he had no right to exclude others from the car when it was searched.
