Mar. 5, 2018).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s Franks challenge is rejected because the omitted things don\u2019t undermine the probable cause. A reference to \u201cit\u201d on a jail telephone call was reasonably inferred by the police to be a handgun. Common sense is a part of finding probable cause. United States v. Anaya, 2018 U.S. Dist.
