There was a sufficient basis for finding probable cause that defendant was the person who committed the burglaries. Defendant\u2019s claim that the GPS couldn\u2019t be monitored when the vehicle was in another state wasn\u2019t preserved at the trial court. <a href=\"https:\/\/courts.delaware.gov\/Opinions\/Download.aspx?id=268380\">Lewis v.
