State<\/a>, 2017 Tex. App. LEXIS 11586 (Tex. App. \u2013 Waco Dec. 13, 2017).<\/p>\n<p>The officer\u2019s interpretation of what he\u2019d learned was justification for a finding of probable cause. The fact he disagrees with it doesn\u2019t add anything to there not being probable cause. United States v. Owens, 2017 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 205153 (W.D. N.Y. Nov. 8, 2017).*<\/p>\n<p>The temporary tag couldn\u2019t be read from a safe distance, and that was cause for a stop. United States v. Melton, 2017 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 204925 (E.D. Tenn.
