Similar to breathalyzing drunk drivers, officers can issue a roadside test to detect the presence of controlled substances in a person\u2019s body by analyzing a mouth swab.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Remember Michigan\u00a0Dept. of State Police v.
