Weapons were in plain view and that justified the inventory. <a href=\"http:\/\/pacer.ca4.uscourts.gov\/opinion.pdf\/084594.U.pdf\">United States v. Fort<\/a>, 313 Fed. Appx. 665 (4th Cir. 2009) (unpublished).*<\/p>\n<p>Thirteen month old information that defendant likely downloaded child pornography was not too stale for a search warrant considering the enduring nature of CP on computers. United States v. Costello, 596 F. Supp. 2d  1060 (E.D. Mich. 2009).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was stopped by blue lights and a request to come to the officers when they pulled up to his illegally parked car, which justified the stop. There was no specific evidence of coercion to  find the consent invalid. United States v. Rigger, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 107579 (E.D. Tenn. October 17, 2008).*<\/p>\n<p>Trash search was permissible, and it corroborated CI&#8217;s information for probable cause. United States v. Jackson, 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 15694 (N.D. Ind.
