Moore<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/0\/2009\/2009-ohio-316.pdf\">State v. Jones<\/a>, 2009 Ohio 316, 121 Ohio St. 3d 103, 902 N.E.2d 464 (2009).<\/p>\n<p>Officer&#8217;s false claim that he stopped people leaving defendant&#8217;s house with drugs was not true, but he got defendant to consent claiming he&#8217;d get a warrant if he did not consent. The consent obtain by this deception was not invalid. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aoc.state.nc.us\/www\/public\/coa\/opinions\/2009\/pdf\/080587-1.pdf\">State v. Kuegel<\/a>, 195 N.C. App. 310, 672 S.E.2d 97 (2009).*<\/p>\n<p>Knock-and-talk led to consent. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/2\/2009\/2009-ohio-421.pdf\">State v. Boyd<\/a>, 2009 Ohio 421, 2009 Ohio App. LEXIS 346 (2d Dist. January 30, 2009).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant&#8217;s driving gave reasonable suspicion for his stop for DUI. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sconet.state.oh.us\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/8\/2009\/2009-ohio-465.pdf\">State v.
