Therefore, the probation officer had valid reasons to be concerned that Bradford was violating several conditions of probation. Trooper Miner provided Probation Officer Clausson with sufficient facts and circumstances to enable Officer Clausson to exercise independent discretion and request the search for valid probation supervision purposes.\u201d The probation search by the State Trooper was thus valid.
