United States v. Isshpunani, 2017 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 135301 (C.D. Cal. Aug. 17, 2017).<\/p>\n<p>Probable cause was shown for the search warrant for defendant\u2019s property for evidence of sexual battery and sex trafficking, that he had a minor victim with him \u201cwithout privilege to do so.\u201d United States v. Zyn Ho, 2017 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 135658 (S.D. Ohio Aug. 24, 2017).*<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s attorney couldn\u2019t be ineffective for not pursuing the Fourth Amendment claim that his stop was invalid when it clearly was. He fled from a stop, and that was additional reasonable suspicion. Boatley v. United States, 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 189224 (S.D. Fla.
